  Great room and rate, full kitchen. The only issue I had was that the blinds did not block light well I'd you wanted to sleep in and the shower head was a standard hotel shower head. I would stay there again.

  I understand that they don't see a ton of year round business so money is tight, but seriously, a few bucks spent on maintenance goes a long way... fixing dry wall is super cheap and easy; you can find newer than 1980's kitchen equipment and electronics at most thrift stores for very low prices (you can probably get rid of the vcr); and most importantly, beds should be updated at least every 10 years... my back is still aching and it's just not fun brushing off old crumbs from a stained pull out couch.

  Basically, I recommend thinking twice before booking here, your money can go much further at any of the numerous cabins/condos available in the area. Maybe if the owners of the deer lodge properties would do some basic maintenance, spend an extra minute or two when cleaning the rooms and got some new beds it might be worth a stay, but for now, one star perfectly describes the feeling of laying down on a 20 year old lumpy mattress after a day of skiing.

  Had a good stay other then the couple complaints I have. The dishes were dirty with food on them so I had to wash everything before I was able to use it which was quite an inconvenience when I expected to have a relaxing time while in the suite. And I wasn't told that I needed to bring chains for my vehicle. I haven't been up there since I was 12 so I didn't know I needed them. Would have been nice to have been told that. And worst of all. The bathtub was dirty. I was about to fill the tub and noticed the sides didn't feel smooth. I wet a facecloth and started rubbing the inner sides of the tub and it became smooth... So the bathtub wasn't even washed properly. Very very gross!!

  Hate to leave a one star review, and it wouldn't be so bad if the price was reasonable, but for $214/night you kinda expect a clean room with comfortable bed/furniture and somewhat current amenities.
